My name is Tammi Gourley and on Sunday, August 5th, 2018 I will ride on a 35 mile bike ride from Granville to New Albany.
My oldest niece Jessica Gourley is riding with me for her 2nd year.
We will ride our bikes on the 5th in memory of those departed from cancer - we will ride to celebrate the cancer survivors - we will ride for those going through treatment today - and we will ride to live in a cancer-free world!
We, along with thousands of riders will depart Columbus, Ohio to find an end to cancer. 100% of the funds raised through Pelotonia will help to achieve our shared vision of creating a cancer-free world.
This year my 35 mile ride on August 5th is in memory of my 100 year old Grandma Jean who passed away in May. She was a fighter and a lover of life.
In addition to Grandma Jean, I will ride for Granmda Bettie and Harold Clyburn - both who lost thier lives to cancer over the last few years.
On August 5th, Jessica and I will ride with the strength, courage, and love they shared with all of us and continue to give. Each mile we ride - we get closer to finding a cure to cancer.
Thank you for your support and contribution. Much love to you - Tammi
