WHY I RIDE: I feel compelled to do my part to further the research that is improving cancer treatments and outcomes every day. Most of us know someone that has been impacted by cancer. One of those people in my life is my mother. I watched her strength and determination as she took treatments head on. It wasn't an easy path. She had to continually advocate for her own individualized treatment. She is why I ride. So that the medical community can build individual treatment plans that consider each patient and give them the greatest chance of success. I am grateful for her current health and am comforted knowing that there is a community in Columbus that continues to strive for a cancer-free world.
